What's becoming harder as the business grows?
Late reporting, an ERP that is underdelivering, cash that is tighter than the profit suggests — tell us what you are seeing, and we will tell you what we would look at first.
What happens next
01A personal reply, usually within one business day
From a person who has read what you wrote, not an automated sequence.
02A 45-minute introductory call
We ask about your reporting, systems, and what decisions are being made without good information.
03A written view of the gaps
If there is a fit, we outline the gaps and a recommended next step, often an assessment. If your scope is already clear, we can discuss the work directly.

Questions worth answering up front.
Most engagements begin with an assessment. When the problem and scope are already clear, we can discuss project work or ongoing leadership directly. Before recommending a scope, we review your reporting, close process, systems, and the decisions leadership is trying to make. That produces a written picture of where the gaps are and what sequence of work would close them — which is useful whether or not you continue with us.
No. We work above the accounting function, not in place of it. Your team continues to own transaction processing and the close. We own the financial leadership, reporting structure, systems work, and analysis built on top of it, and we develop your existing team wherever there are gaps.
No. AdōDesign Advisory does not provide audit, tax, or legal services. We are a business advisory and financial systems practice. We work alongside your CPA firm and prepare the company for audit, tax, and diligence processes — but those services must come from a separate qualified professional.
Most clients fall between roughly $5 million and $100 million in revenue, though the range is a guideline rather than a requirement. The better indicator is complexity: multiple entities or locations, inventory or project accounting, an ERP implementation underway, or a financing or investment event on the horizon.
Ongoing fractional leadership is a fixed monthly fee based on an agreed time commitment. Project work — an ERP implementation, a reporting rebuild, a process review — is scoped with a defined deliverable and a fixed fee. We do not bill hourly, because that penalizes you for asking questions.
