About

A business advisory practice, not an accounting firm.

We help growing businesses build the financial systems, reporting, and operational discipline needed to scale confidently.

Why this practice exists

Growing businesses often have people who produce the numbers and leaders who need to act on them—but no one owns the layer between the two. Pricing, capacity, cash, and risk decisions wait for information that arrives late or without context.

AdōDesign Advisory closes that gap by combining fractional financial leadership with hands-on systems work. Reliable decisions need both: people who know what the reporting must answer and systems that can produce it.

How we are set up

We are a division of AdōDesign, focused specifically on financial operations, reporting, systems, and decisions. That connection lets engagements extend into workflow automation, integrations, or custom software when the underlying problem sits outside finance.

What we are not

Being specific about this saves everyone time.

  • A CPA firm — we do not provide audit, tax, or attest services
  • A software reseller — we take no vendor implementation commissions
  • A bookkeeping service — we work above the accounting function, not in place of it
  • A staffing agency — we deliver the work rather than placing someone else to do it

AdōDesign Advisory does not provide audit, tax, or legal services unless explicitly stated through a qualified professional partner.

How we work

Four principles that shape every engagement.

  • Diagnose, then sequence

We learn how the business actually runs, find the root cause, and fix what everything else depends on first.

  • Platform-neutral, always

We take no software commissions. Recommendations follow your requirements, not a vendor relationship.

  • Capability stays in the business

We document the work and develop your team. A good engagement leaves you less dependent on us.

  • Business outcomes, not deliverables

The work is successful when the right decisions happen sooner—not when another report is delivered.
